Notice of Kazaa Plus License Termination

Your license is hereby terminated if you have ever used Kazaa Plus, at any time, to:

a) download copyright protected files without the copyright owners' permission, or
b) download copyright protected files in violation of applicable copyright laws, or
c) used Kazaa Plus in violation of the terms of the Kazaa Plus End User License Agreement.

All Kazaa Plus support is hereby terminated.
Existing users will be offered support in a new version of Kazaa Plus to be released shortly.
